I was playing the class quest till chapter 3 on belsavis ,when my game crashed i logged back in but my class quest wasn’t there i tried re logging back in but still nothing does anyone know how to fix this

I was in the fleet when i saw the SoR prelude droid when i took it i had to complete the Assault on Tython flashpoint,i got wrecked and couldn’t even kill one soldier.my level was 55 but i still couldn’t do it. Can anyone tell me what id tge best level i should be in when doing Assault on Tython and how to level up fast
