Also, 16m has been bugged and he doesn't pull in OR do dmg during the big purple circle phase, AND 16m hm pulse droids had squat for hp and could be killed in one round. We can also kill the big walker droid in two bombs instead of 3 that it takes in 8m. They fixed the two main bugs that made 16 man easier, but the fact remains that it WAS easier and you had no idea what you where talking about.

The Karaga proc relic I am currently using is less than 3% of my dps and you can't use it on the two tanks in EC because it procs on the shield generators even though you aren't targetting them. There are enough burn/burst phases needed in EC that an on use power trinket is prolly your best bet to go along with your Matrix cube. You should be sitting near the crit cap of 35% so the crit relic is useless.

You are all basing your assumptions that HSM is not getting benefits from heat sigs just because its not hitting as hard as it used to. But thats wrong, if you shoot the dummy without any heat sigs, then apply them, then shoot it again, you will see a 25% increase so it IS getting buffed by our own heat sigs. They just "fixed" a bug that was buffing it some other way and killed its damage output.

No, they directly responded to our reports about 1.2c breaking HSM(hence the reason the dev post was AFTER 1.2c). They have since even come into this thread and flat out said that HSM is working the way they intended. I guess someone needs single syllable words from now on, but its not us.

You could just read the dev tracker since they posted that they retested and its working as intended.

No its not, reread the post from the Dev, they claimed it was also getting other unintended benefits that they corrected and it is now working as intended after the Devs tested it. Please stop spreading misinformation.

Completely wrong, you can NOT cc the 4 turrets that spawn in hard mode. You can do the two little dudes, but not the turrets.
