Well Bioware posted a message that they are taking this issue seriously. However, I think first they need to fix the fact that many people are getting an error when just trying to get INTO a queue. So that adds even more time that you have to wait. They should also put in something to give people a certain amount of time after getting disconnected to get back in-game before they are put in a queue. What if they were in the middle of a 4-person Heroic mission? That'll screw over three other people as well. Last night, I was randomly disconnected while doing Black Talon with my brother, and then not only was the queue for my server already at 55 minutes, but I also had to keep retrying to just get into the queue for nearly an hour. So that means it took me almost 2 hours to get back in-game just because I was unintentionally disconnected. Bioware, please fix these issues.
