  1. Well, atleast we'll hopefully be able to space ourselves in the role of C2N2 so we'll never have to listen to his drivel again. Also in order for C2N2 to have any meaningful work we'll better be able to upgrade to something like the Normandy where there are proper kitchens and toilets to clean...
  2. I have only played trough the Smuggler story and it was good. Basically Act one is great act two is a little "meh" and act 3 picks it up and makes it personal again. I'm going for the Jedi Knight story next, gotta see what that's about
  3. I've leveled as a Sawbones Scoundrel and the highpoints (assuming all dialogue is the same for the two) for me are below: Good: Stealth - Absolutely fantastic to be able to sneak past mobs and grab quest objectives with minimal bloodshed if that's your thing. Healing - Being able to keep you DPS companion alive and killing trough elite fights with minimal effort (only fails me a few rare times) is great. Style - Scoundrel is just so much more "Han Solo" than a gunslinger. Bad: Damage output (assuming Sawbones spec) - Until you get a DPS companion you are killing slowly IMO. That being said I have gotten a decent rotation from Stealth>shotgun to the rear>dirty kick>cheap shot>shotgun>punch>quickshot and punch to death. I'll try some flashpoints and PVP now and see if I still enjoy it
  4. I haven't PVP'ed much but then again I just dinged 50 yesterday (yay!) I have had great use of the Tranq in PVE stunning strong and elite mobs to clear out normal mobs before taking down the strong mob but I imagine everybody can break it in PVP? On that not where do you respec? I have the feeling that my talent trees are a bit messy atm...
  5. I buff those I meet while questing if they pass by, sometimes I get buffed back.
  6. I've though about this several times, I wanna see my shotgun too.
  7. If you spend a little time playing the market there are still good money to be made selling mats for crafting
  8. While I think most of us can agree that the game isn't "perfect" right now I think Bioware have gotten off to a great start and I belive that if the world is properly updated and the story can continue to evolve then it will certainly last. Currently I'm having a blast playing this despite some issues and I'm sure the game will keep me entertained for quite some time.
  9. I agree that there is a disparity in the market so far. Currently i''m making good money selling materials from underworld trading but at the same time I''ve all but given up leveling my Armormech crew skill as it''s insanely expensive to buy materials and the items I produce can''t be sold on the market, even if I run the price down way past my materials cost, even if I sell them as vendor trash I''m loosing money like there is no tomorrow. In my opinion either materials will have to become more readily available to that crafting becomes a viable endavour or the items we craft will have to become much better so that they can compete in the market with commodation items and such.
  10. Dear all, I'm considering skipping the Sawbones tree after Medpack Mastery (18 points) and speccing the rest into DPS for a "true" scoundrel hybrid. Something like this: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#701MffMzhZMIModzoZGb.1 My question is this: Would such a build be viable for operations and flashpoint healing in groups? Obviously this build would be a single target healer and fine for solo content (healing Corso) but would it work in groups? Is there a viable hybrid build for Sawbones?
  11. I only tried one turret but have the same issue, maybe it's bugged..?
  12. I have one crewmember with me in hostile zones, the other is "always" away on slicing or underworld trading missions. When I'm in safe areas both are sent out for the majority of the time, slicing finances most of these adventures by the way ;-)
  13. I think I've gotten 4 or 5 orange schematics from underworld trading (one or two of them may actually have come from slicing, I'm not sure), lowest one was craftable at skill = 20.
