Are there no guilds that raid earlier than 8pst on Harbinger?

Looking for a progressive guild that raids around 5-6pm Central or 8-10am...im mostly Campaign geared, a few 61's

was in the middle of LI grrr

Im a dps merc and my dmg has gone wayyyyyyy down. For example tracer missle says it does 1k+ dmg..im only doing 600 max...my DFA skill is only hitting on a high note for 400 dmg as well as any other skill i have that says it does high dmg. The highest i have hit for now is 767 with HS. Now tell me thats balanced:mad:

Ok so i logged in all excited today and went straight into the warzones. However my dmg on my Merc has gone wayyyyy down. Skills that say they do 2k+ dmg, im doing 400 max..is there a bug atm for this or am i gonna have to accept i only do lvl 20 dmg now?
