  1. Rofl. BioWare could have easily fixed this issue. EASILY. 1.) They could have made the animations for Jedi = LESS BALLS. They could have added more glow to it similar to the Inquisitor to attract all the people who are easily distracted by lights. This way people don't think they look "lame". 2.) They could have made the armor for Republic classes less balls. The Imps get some of the coolest looking gear ever... and the Republic gets robo-Samurai.... 3.) Added an auto-balance system. This could be: increases XP, credits, valor gained and encourage population of lesser sides. Since Bioware can't bother with actually fixing anything (Trooper animation bugs are STILL FAIL), I can't bother to pay them. Later.
  2. I can understand a few bugs. But the fact that all of these "bugs" benefit the imperials really makes me raise an eyebrow. Since they haven't even addressed anything, I've cancelled my account. I'm fed up that they added new content but didn't fix anything regarding mirror balance (which should be FIRST).
  3. Uh, Rogues did need to get nerfed. For all of vanilla they could roll their faces across the keyboard and dominate everyone at PvP. There were multiple videos displaying this. Also, it has nothing to do with stealth in general. It has to do with classes that have stealth + CC + high burst damage. It's no fun being killed within 6 seconds randomly if you're freedom is down. Not to mention getting burst killed while playing a tank class. If a tank class can't survive the first 6 seconds of an encounter with a scoundrel/operative, it tells you the class is op.
  4. If they implement something like this, I'm probably going to quit warzones altogether. I want the freedom to leave matches that are a complete waste of time, I want the freedom to leave matches we have no possibility of winning (against teams), and I want the freedom to choose my warzone. Currently, we are unable to choose our warzone. I hate huttball, and if they force me to play in a huttball game, I am going to AFK in the match and do something else. Same goes for going against teams. I don't want to play in a pug war against a team because it's a major waste of time.
  5. Do you seriously not think that Bioware has looked at the various statistics surrounding slicing? It was blatantly op. Even now it's still insanely OP. Slicers STILL lose less than I do every time I try to level my own mission skills AND gathering missions. You know what Bioware did? They finally brought slicing in line with the other gathering professions This means that the slicing missions do not generate profit, JUST LIKE OTHER GATHERING MISSIONS. I dare you, go take 1 mission skill, 1 gathering, and 1 crafting. Send your companion out on a gathering mission. You will lose money. The cost to send them out to gather material is not worth it to sell it back on the market. The issue with slicing was that you MADE A PROFIT FROM THE MISSIONS. The only time a gathering skill should generate profit is if you are in the field gathering, WHICH IS STILL POSSIBLE FOR SLICING As far as I can tell, the gathering missions are solely for bolstering supply if you need the resources. It was never really meant to create a profit from my pov.
  6. I'm currently level 37 on my Vanguard, and I'm finding this class to be absolutely miserable. I enjoyed it all the way up to about 30, but once I hit 35 and playing with other lvl 35 players, I found myself being almost completely helpless in both PvE and PvP. I watched as countless other classes have shined (mostly Assassin/Shadow). At level 37, I thought with my shield specialist talents finally kicking in it would finally feel like I'm a PvP tank... I was wrong... Totally wrong. -It does subpar DPS for PvE. -One Imperial Agent can take me from 100% to 15% within the round of one stun, despite spec'd as a tank. -It doesn't feel like a tank at all in PvP, just a gimped class. -I don't survive long enough to actually help people stay alive. -2 of our most powerful abilities are bugged, whereas our counterparts do not have this issue. I'm about ready to just drop the trooper and pick up a Shadow (which is a shame because I really want to love this class): -More burst damage -Tank abilities -Stealth -More utility -More survivability -More soloability So, all I'm asking is if Vanguards are really worth it to take to level 50.
  7. FYI, it's not the credit based vendors that are causing crafters pain. It's the token vendors that are completely ruining the crafting market.
  8. Except no one is BUYING THE LEVELED MISSION SKILL ITEMS. This has nothing to do with lvl 50 items, but how crafters are completely screwed on leveling up their crafting. If people were actually BUYING my items and material, crafters wouldn't be out in droves complaining about slicing. As it stands, I've lost numerous amounts of credits on Investigation. Meanwhile, a slicer at my same level and same amount of time played will have at least 90k more credits than I do with 0 risk involved.
  9. You realize that this is why so many crafters are complaining right? Why should we level anything other than Slicing if we're not going to be able to make a profit to buy skills/speeders/etc... Slicers have 0 risk involved with their profession, whereas other mission skills have significant losses. Bioware might as well have told players to outright go slicing at first, because everything else is utterly useless. Even better, why even have costs associated with Mission skills if Slicing is just going to reign supreme? If the other mission skills don't pick up and make a profit by level 50, I will have wasted a significant amount of money and time, wheras a slicer would have never faced that issue at all.
  10. I'm not sure how it is at 50, but currently I have never sold *any* purple/blue items from Investigation. I've never been able to regain any costs associated with Investigation by crafting blue/epic items. There is absolutely 0 demand for anything I try to sell, despite all of these slicers telling me otherwise. Tweaking prices to try to entice buyers has still netted be about 0 profit. However, if I were to have slicing, I would have 170k credits instead of the 15k that I have from trying to level mission skills. I'm not sure how anything is going to turn out at 50, but if it's anything like how it is leveling (especially at end game), this game is going to fail hard.
  11. Except we don't have money to purchase anything BECAUSE of the damn mission skills. I've yet to be able to discover ANY orange items, and the blue items don't sell for any profit at all. Not to mention all the orange items are free with tokens, and that makes crafters pretty much useless.
  12. If they want everyone to roll with slicing, they shouldn't have made it an option to choose anything else. Try leveling anything other than slicing and you will see how damn OP it is compared to the other missions. No one buys anything the crafters put out, and it costs a lot to send them on the missions to level the mission skills. This game is going to fail hard if crafting amounts to nothing, which it does currently. I'm barely able even to stay afloat while only spending money on Investigation while leveling. Meanwhile, Slicers are running around with 70k to 250k, and none of them are spending a dime of it because they don't have to. Face it, slicers are completely immune from the markets. They don't rake in a loss just to level up a skill that ALL other mission skills do.
  13. Actually, no. Slicers are not buying anything, this is why it's so damn overpowered. Slicers can have 1 Gathering, 1 crafting profession. They don't need to buy gathering materials because they can constantly spend credits for their companions to fetch anything they need without hassle. If I want to level my Mission skills, it costs me a lot of money. The thing is that Slicers DON'T NEED TO BUY STUFF FROM THE OTHER MISSION SKILLS. Why you say? Because they are not pertinent to leveling the actual crafting skills. They are only useful for crafting blues and purples, which no one buys because you get them for free with the tokens. Slicing is going to cause massive inflation once people wise up to abuse the hell out of it, and I don't even want to think of how Bioware will solve that problem.
  14. They need to completely remove the token system or nerf it across the board. As it currently stands, I've lost countless money from being Investigation because no one will buy my epics, blues, and high quality greens because they can simply PvP for it or use tokens. No matter what price I set it at, I constantly lose money. This system makes the only worthwhile profession to be slicing.
  15. Remove Consular/Inquisitor Knockback and I'll think about it. Kthxbye. Seriously, I'm playing the smallest violin.
