  1. That's also similar to the model for the level 40 PVP set (it doesn't have PVP stats, it's orange levelling gear as it's lowbie.) You can buy it at the vendor in the cantina on Coruscant for warzone comms, in 2 colour variants.
  2. This. 8 person ops are significantly harder than 16 person, and more importantly everyone has to do their job as there is far less leeway to carry underperforming players. I think they should drop the same amount of comms, so there is no active disincentive to doing them.
  3. Oh, get over yourself. They're not doing you any harm, it's not as if they can steal your mobs once you've tagged them.
  4. That's the thing, I'm used to space combat games that ARE a bit more realistic so I find this really counter-intuitive. Don't get me wrong, it's still fun, but it feels really arcade-y and I can't see it holding my interest.
  5. Why do I slow down when I take my finger off my booster when I'm in hard vacuum?
  6. Let me see... someone running a hugely unprofitable business that nonetheless always seems to have an endless supply of cash... when that happens in the real world we call it "money laundering". It could just be someone messing with the markets for fun though - there are plenty of players with hundreds of millions of credits out there. I've also seen market wars over personal grudges. When the level 50 black-* crystal schematics became learnable, 2 crafters on The Red Eclipse got into a feud and started an undercutting war that lasted literally weeks and must have lost them both a fortune, selling crystals for 20K or even less when mat costs were significantly higher. I can't complain though, it's how I learned all the schematics cheaply
  7. I am not hating on it. I'm trying to be helpful. It's really bad, and using it will lead you up the garden path. Its faults have been discussed at length on these forums and on the individual class forums. We have many, many knowledgeable people here on swtor.com (I don't consider myself one of them - I'm just a peon) and by far and away the best, most up-to-date information is right here.
  8. Noxxic is absolutely dreadful, full of inaccuracies. Ignore this suggestion. You want help with your class, I strongly suggest the class-specific forums right here on swtor.com
  9. They're great PVP tanks. A grapple and a leap, group debuffs, stealth detection AND ranged multi-target attacks to stop caps? Yes please! Love playing my PT in Huttball especially.
  10. Yeah, I'm with you there. There should be more cosmetic items for valour, as it stands there's very little between the basic titles and the high-end ranked stuff. Pets or emotes would be nice.
  11. Colour crystals sell for crazy credits on GTN, at least on TRE. If you think they're worthless, you haven't checked the going rates lately! Try the Belsavis Bonus Series area if you feel like farming. Plenty of archaeology nodes, and you also have a chance of netting Perfect Upari Crystals.
  12. Focus gets big number on the scoreboard but Vigilance is pure single-target DPS, with dots, debuffs and a good chunk of survivability for good measure. Hmm I haven't played my Vig Guardian in PVP for a while... *cackle*
  13. Yeah, they want to cap because it gets them points, but they don't want to defend. It's infuriating when you see 2-3 people head to the pylon, so you go mid and do whatever you need to do, and next thing you know you've lost your pylon because no-one wanted to stay. AAAARGHGHGHG!
  14. I've actually got my tanksin in pure tank gear. Have you tried it?
  15. Indeed, factor in their low-force-cost bubble plus low-force-cost AOE and they make great guards.
