Stephen, What do we do if we entered our retail code several days ago, and after last night's maintanance, that code no longer shows up, and can not be reapplied, like my girlfriend's account? Customer service (after several hours of waiting) could confirm that there was a code that was applied to her account, but the account page no longer shows the code, and will not allow subscription since the previous step is no longer showing as complete.. Customer service basically told us "nothing we can do, watch the forums and twitter" Please help.

Well, that's on purpose as opposed to a bug, but during beta (probably still applies, not sure) there WAS a bug part to it. using a chest piece that normally included a hood which is currently disabled caused the twi'lek's headband (chosen on character creation) to no longer display at all.

If multiple people post the same bug (something frequent, obvious, and infuriating) I'll add it to the list.

With the horrors I faced dealing with when/how they dealt with putting you in queues on beta, I honestly havn't tried out a plain logout/login when I've had these issues while a queue was active. Good to know.

Have played from day 1 of head start, and here's a list of bugs I've found, most are persistent or very frequent: High Priority: Taris has major issues which are causing many people to crash, and keep crashing every time they try to use that character, effectively trapping that character forever. Many people including myself have decided to skip that planet entirely outside of class quests. Medium Priority: Mouse lock-up. About once every few hours, clicking seems to no longer work. My mouse shows up fine, but I can no longer use it to interact with the UI. Can be fixed by turning off and on UI. Starmap Lockup. This has happened to a few people I know a few times each. The planets on the map load up on glytched groups of symbols, and clicking on them zooms into a default planet with no travel option. Forces restart. (possibly only relog) Low priority: Follow doesn't work after about 10 seconds. Once I've been in combat a few times, my character glows green until I relog. Some heal's particle effect sticks. Happens to myself and all of those I group with, so it's either an Inquisitor issue, a Mako issue, or a general healing issue. Completing the objective for a daily quest doesn't always give credit. Speeder travel location tooltips stick on the screen if the map is closed while tooltip is active. I'm not going to list all of the things that are just unnecessarily inconvenient or annoying that need hotfix changing, but all of these things really should be fixed pronto.

The DDE was an enormous waste of money. I ordered it and really got suckered. I only ordered it because hey, free mount. All of the digital items in the DDE are worthless, and the price of a mount is negligible (40K for the skill vs 8K for a mount. I basically paid 30 bucks for about 10 minutes worth of questing a low level's credits.

Sadly, theres no incentive to go grey. It would be tough to implement in the current system which awards different titles and gear options for light or dark options. Tough to have progressing levels of grey.

My woman and I both have the game and have redeemed our copies. Hers was the CE, and her items were available immediately upon relog. I got the DDE, have have now waited over 3 hours, and have received no in-game mail with my items.
