i am not using green gear. i have been upgrading my gear on my way to lvl 50. i'm using comm mods from corellia on my armor. i still might as well run out in the middle of the map naked. the problem with you people who have full gear now is that you guys think anyone who is complaining has no idea what they are talking about, saying "l2p" and such. a good portion of you exploited the first few weeks of the game i bet. the rest of you, while i applaud your dedication getting to where you are, not everyone started lvl 50 pvp at the same time as you. I reached lvl 50 right when BW implemented lvl-based brackets, so nearly every game i'm getting rolled by full BM geared players (or at least champ geared). i gave up on PvP a few days ago and i'm re-rolling characters until they fix this stuff (i guess i did l2q). if they don't, at least i'll get my money's worth out of class stories, since imo they are awesome.

not if u get 2 shotted constantly in WZs, deal 5-10k (DOTing) a game, get 20-25 comms/500ish valor a game (i have never won a WZ game since i hit lvl 50), and go through the 3 bags so far that took me a a week for each and get nothing. i might have gear by june if i haven't given up yet. i don't have to l2p, i have to l2q (learn to quit), unless BW gets rid of (or at least fixes) expertise.

+1 guy characters should have the same option i guess, idk, but i am mostly looking for this one.

when i hit 50, i am going to get 3 shotted and get 20 comms a WZ. i will never be accepted by any groups to do flashpoints. 3 months later i will have a set of cent gear. another 3 months ill be able to use BM gear! i'll be so happy and definitely won't cancel my subscription

yes i love RPGs so the class stories are what appeal to me so much. however, the end game grind for gear is absurd and crafting is just a joke. the only thing that is keeping me paying is probably the fact that i am a mega Star Wars fan and that i was a huge fan of KoTOR 1 and 2.

competition to get PvP gear is just fine, BUT PvP would be so much more fun if i didn't only get 20 comms a game on my lvl 50 BH. no matter what i do, i still come last. i have no gear and can't get gear since the second an enemy sees me, i'm dead in 2-4 hits, so no medals. no medals = 20 comms and only 300-500 or so valor = no gear unless i quit my job and play this game non stop. i already gave up on PvP on that character and just re-rolling toons. i can't simply buy gear from people, as the gear is never nearly as good as the PvP gear. my lvl 50 BH is not wanted in flashpoints, WZs, or Ilum groups, as it can't do any damage or any significant amount of healing (i've tried numerous builds). before any of you ask, yes, i know how to use my class and know its strength and weaknesses. it is just that with the way PvP is set up now, my character has no strengths, but endless weaknesses. some things that would make PvP more fun in my opinion: -WZ PvP would have everyone's stats the same for their respective classes, so that people like me don't feel the urge to sit in a corner and go afk for the match -open world PvP would give some sort of reward, whether it is comms and/or valor, but stats are dependent on your gear -not really relating to PvP directly, but it would be nice if PvP rewards came as schems which would have to be made by crafters. coming from playing SWG for 7 years, crafting is what made that game unique and fun. seeing it being to useless here makes me wonder, "why did BW even invest time in implementing it"? just my ideas

haven't played agent yet, but i like the bh story. it felt like i was my own man, instead of some tool. especially in the end really made me feel awesome. now i'm playing the sith warrior and i think that one is kewl (just finished act 1) and really reminded me of kotor, but

ever since kotor 1, i have been very grossed out at how turning evil makes you have extremely disgusting veins showing. i remember DLing a mod for kotor 1 and 2 that would make going evil more subtle and less ugleh. it would be nice to have an option in swtor that only changed your eye color. another idea would be to make your character turn more pale as well as getting the sith eyes. just some idears. btw, the mod i was talking about is here if you wanna see what i am talking about: http://knightsoftheoldrepublic.filefront.com/file/Movie_Style_Dark_Side_Transitions;85501

yes, because i love going into the lvl 50 bracket w/o gear and getting steamrolled and not getting any medals. losing 30 games to get one champ bag is definitely satisfying and doesn't make me want to give up.

i agree, there is a pretty big gear gap. i got to 50 and have gone through 20 games just to get one bag, since i only get 1 or 2 medals (if any) each game. as a lvl 50 merc/pyrotech, i should at least be able to scratch operatives, but i can't even hit past 1.5k on them most of the time. even when i do finally get a champ bag, it just has junk in it. however, i don't think every class should get nerfed because of it. it would just be nice if there was maybe a "ranked" and "non-ranked" system. ranked games would give higher rewards for geared-out lvl 50s (battlemaster/champion) and non-ranked games would give lvl 50 gear for starting out (centurion). i'm wearing armor from lvl 40 since i can't find anything better. at least with the system i'm thinking of i could at least do some good for my team, other than being the bait.
