Is there any footage of it yet

I am a new player and wanted to know if PvP realms are you always attacked when you start off and are the factions evened out so one faction is not outnumbering the other by hundreds or thousands? In players opinions whats the best server and why. please help want to hear opinions to help me decide.

I am new to the game and I like PvP and RP but i am not sure if those are good to start on because I am a noob to swtor. I played WoW and are those realms pretty much the same?
