  1. I can probably put a team together from The Help Desk...we're no good but it could be fun.
  2. 46 or 47 mails I think. Everything since Pre-order that you could get in the mail I think. I also have the "Wartime Correspondent" Title which adds one extra glorious mail for me -__-
  3. I'm all for name purges every so often, but I can also understand why they haven't purged above lvl 30 in the past even for F2P players. When I started playing I snagged names like "Consular, Trooper, Sorcerer, Powertech, etc" among a few others. However, I played on my shadow named "Consular" almost exclusively for years. I even took about a year or so break where I only logged in every few months for a bit. When legacy buffs came out I leveled a few characters up for the buffs but never touched them again. It wasn't until 12x exp rolled around that I finally decided to level up my remaining alts with their old names. Had I let my sub lapse during my break I would have lost some of these names when they did the name purge a few years ago. I would have been pretty bummed had I lost those names. Sure, they aren't very original, but I had built my characters around them (my legacy name is "Trainer" and had built a reputation for being "that guy with the names". Heck, my stream was featured on the front page of SWTOR in Oct 2013 as the "player JediConsular" participating the Galactic Guild Battle event" introducing solo que ranked arenas on their release. The names became my identity in the game. When I was able to carve out some time and start playing again I was able to be spotted by old friends who I hadn't talked to in years. Had I come back with a different name, I may have never reconnected with some of the people I had played with in the past as their names may have been changed too. To be honest, I'd be fine with alt code names if it was easier to /ginvite them or /w them. I know there are workarounds for this stuff, but if there was a way you could type out a persons name with alt codes normally and just have it autofill (similar to when you mail someone) I would be happy with that. My main gripe with alt codes is the extra length you go through to contact them or simply message/mail them. Another purge for F2P lvl 30-40 and below/inactive for a year or longer would be nice. Anyone with a sub should keep their names no matter the level.
  4. Oddly enough, I actually have an extra unbound one that I can sell to you. Will pm you tomorrow. Or send a mail to Consular in game and we can talk when we're both on.
  5. I did a short write up about my experience streaming at Twitchcon over in the subreddit as a text post if anyone is interested in what it was like and my views on it. I'm JediConsular and streamed in the 12-1PM timeslot on Saturday. Edit: It's rather long or I would have just posted it here.
  6. I live on a ranch in unincorporated county land in the US and have 500kb/s download But the connection is really stable and I live about 60 miles from the server so I get a 15-19ms ping on west coast servers! So that's nice I guess.
  7. Hey, I really hope you transfer to our server. I've been fortunate enough to be on BC since launch and have seen all of the ups and downs over the years. Our server has held a fairly steady average population despite some guilds leaving for "Greener grass". However, many are staying simply because of how nice people are here. BC is a great server if you are looking for a more mature crowd that has light progression, quality PvP fun and an overall positive atmosphere. There are many guilds here that are focused on the more aesthetic atmosphere of the game then there are guilds that are focused on competition/raiding hardcore. There are still some progression raiding groups and competitive PvP teams. Ranked usually happens on the weekend. There are also two or more channels dedicated to pug group operations. I have been able to run an op every single night for the past week or so without any trouble. Many "older" players are actually returning to BC after having moved off several months ago as well as many older players are beginning to log in in preparation for the upcoming expansion. I have seen an increase in familiar names that have not logged in in two years or more. BC's population will continue to steadily increase over time in my opinion, it has in the past and should again. I run a guild of launch players and newer players alike. We are dedicated to providing a positive atmosphere on the server and a home for those that want to simply experience the game. If you're like me and either have a family, work a 9-5, enjoy a positive atmosphere, only want to play for a couple hours at a time, then BC is the place for you. Our peak times are around 3-10/11PM PST. Just about the time people start returning from work, classes etc. As we are an RP server, you typically don't see the fleet with high-wish population (100-160+) unless during peak times. However, our lower level planets and planets with good RP locations are generally more populated.
  8. I've waited a very long time for this. http://i.imgur.com/mfNlJ35.jpg
  9. Man, I want to talk about someone but all my friends are server dust now.
  10. Whoa. This is some serious talent monk! If you ever have space in the future Jedi Consular Trainer would love to squeeze in to your lineup of artwork! And again, that is amazing!
  11. I'd be game to watch some duels. Been doing a lot of watching lately. It's a whole new world.
  12. Sounds like you need a sugar daddy.
  13. Cartel Packs are still my nemesis.
