I'm currently trying to gear up my Juggernaut tank and DPS merc for PvE. Is there any tips and trick that I could use to gear quickly? Any help is appreciated.

Either I'm gonna look dumb or it's an actual problem. The 2 latest characters I created seem completely unable to get the ability "Sprint". One is currently a Lvl 13 Commando and the other is a LvL 55 Merc and neither have sprint despite the fact that I'm a subscriber. It make thing taking much long than they should. Any help would be appreciated
