  1. Soooo.....Carnage is bad? Do any of the classes fill a tanky DPS role?
  2. So my bud got me to start playing again havent played for years. I always enjoyed the battlegrounds in this game just some casual pvp. Now that you can have multiple classes in one character I wanted to ask about Maras and Juggs. Ive read Fury Mara is pretty strong these days. Im trying to one to focus on more, but was more curious on how these two classes are performing. Ive always enjoyed tanky melee characters in PvP. I had a few questions about these two classes: 1) Which class is easier to play (less buttons)? I liked idea that ability pruning was done. The less buttons I have to press the better especially since I havent played in a long time. 2) What are best PvP specs for both? 3) Would either fulfill that tanky dps mold ?
  3. Hey appreciate the advice! Also if anyone would be so kind to kind of let me know priority on abilites? I feel like I have quite a bit and should just be able to get rid a lot of these. Basically what Ive been doing is spaming tracer missile, using heat seekers when up, and using rail shot when it procs at 5. I also use unload when its up seems to do good damage. Other then that its just been CCing with electro dart and concussion missile. I feel like my abilities are pretty bloated and should be able to remove quite a bit from my bar, but im only 35 currently. For my utility points so far I have: Afterburners so missle blast immobilizes Improved vents....not sure how I feel on this one dont seem to overheat to much Adhesive supplments so tracer missile snares Death from above, fusion missile, explosive dart, and sweeping blasters dont seem very appealing to me. Ive only been using sweeping blasters for when theres multiple people trying to take a point or something. Any reason I should use those abilities? Am I wrong in my current state of mind with this class? My keybound abilities: Heatseeker missiles Unload Tracer missile Rail Shot Missle blast Disabling blast Electro dart Jet boost Concussion Missile Kolto Overload Energy Shield Determination Hydralic Overrides Rapid shots for those rare occasions when I am overheated and vent is down Is Supercharged gas worth binding? Im not a numbers guy. Armor pen seems good, not sure how much 3% alacrity helps me after stacking. ANyway, any build recommendation/priority abilities you want to throw out to me would be great.   5. Hey all. I just came back to game few days ago. I played this when it first came out but havent played in years. I am looking to play either marauder, jugg, or assassin. If you cant tell I dig the lightsaber life. Hoping to get something relatively easy to play. Ive been reading that fury marauder and deception assassin are both good. How are the jugger specs? I dont mind doing a little less damage as jugg as long as I get the tankiness to compliment it. The thing about jugg that scares me is I dont want to be just a guard/peel bot for people, I like to do damage. Any suggestions for a noob like me that wants to focus on pvp?
  6. Seems Commando is the consensus pick so far. Why would you choose to play a scoundrel? Im not really sure what their play style is. Whats the advantages of scoundrel? I remember reading that scoundrels are really good at single target healing, and are really fun when queueing up with just one of your buds and pocket healing them. What do you all think?
  7. Im not interested in whats best now, just simply more looking for info. I know classes will be buffed/nerfed all the time, so I never get caught up in fotm. Im just more interested in what type of healers they are, good comparisons for each, what spells they have etc. Anything tha will help sway me one way or another.

  10. So, I wanted to roll a healer alt for pvp only. I was wondering what experiences youve had with your healers? Im not really considering a sage right now, just simply for the fact that my main is a Shadow and dont want two consulars. What are your thoughts about the scoundrel and commando? Which do you believe to be more effective in pvp? What are the pros/cons? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
