  1. I think I ended my Agent Class Story neutral/lightside, used Black Codex wipe, but I have taken 2 years off and can't remember where to resume. On Ilum Moff Regus calls me Officer and Sir, no Cipher 9 mentions, but it's the Flashpoint mission.
  2. Thanks! I suspected that, but thought I may have missed something. What to do, what to do? I've done everything my level already and I am not doing Makeb or Oricon over although my current character has not done those yet. Tatooine is the coolest world so far anyway, they need to return there with higher level missions in the Dune Sea.
  3. CZ-198. I get the quest from the droid, go to starship, get sent to CZ-198 to do Titans of Industry. I follow the green mission icon and it leads me to Weekly Veteran Flashpoint dispenser. I take the mission and everything inside is level 70, but me I am level 58 so I can't get past first room. Where is the actual mission area? It can't be what the green mission pip is pointing me at. There is such a thing as normal leveling of your character, right? I just want to know how to enter the normal 'Titans of Industry' quest.
  4. Crafting your own gear is pretty easy also if you just start at the beginning and keep sending your companions on missions. Get a few extra characters going and skill them up on crafting and you easily have blues and some purple items. You will need Armormech, Cybertech, Salvage, Slicing, and Underworld Trading for armors, then Artifice (requires Archeology materials) for hilts and Armstech for barrels. Easily doable with 3 characters.
  5. I am back after two years off. I don't see Gas Cylinders or Mag Shot (or is Mag Shot from Commando?). I started a new Merc- Arsenal character to re-learn some things since my old characters were missing lots of abilities from 2 years ago. There are less buttons to press, less heat, companion heals better. Accelerated XP at low levels of course. Is that about right? What are the major changes to be aware of?
  6. Well Bioware needs to take down the prompts on there start-up page or at least say it has ended. Sheesh. Been ended for a year and the game still says start a new character and experience the Dark vs Light event. So I just delete my new character then? Do I get a refund for the character slots?
  7. Is Dark vs Light event still running? When the game was updating I was prompted to create a new character to experience this event, but other than a streamlined leveling up I see no mention of this in-game.
  8. SWtoR is not a PvP game, it's PvE. For myself I think the PvP is bad and always was, always will be. PvP might be fun if it was in your actual starship with a joystick option. Runnin around these PvP maps is noxious. To me. I only PvE, but will do so on PvP enabled maps from time to time. Anyway, they need to balance the game for PvE, not PvP. They took away equipping our companions so there is no fall back anymore.
  9. Thanks. I checked my armorsmith, wouldn't have thought of Synthweaving. I started a new character so I was just making a few mods level 8-14. Don't need it of course.
  10. Haven't played in two years, but I see my Cybertech has no Armor mod recipes available. level 550. Who crafts armor mods?
  11. Well I am glad someone is happy with the change, but when you get multiple characters you can craft anything your companions might need and eventually you have multiple characters so equipping companions is a minor task you do every10 levels or when you switch to a long unused companion. Hopefully Bioware can come to some middle ground because what they have now is a real gutting of possibilities SWtoR used to have. Bioware was so proud of what they had created with the original companion abilities it's hard to believe they just chucked the whole thing out.
  12. I am a Closed Beta Tester, I go that far back, and up until you removed the companion ability to equip gear like your character does, I was a continuous active subscriber. However, the removal of that key feature destroyed all the work I had done to equip my companions and ruined the best source of fun SWTOR had to offer me which was taking my companions on very difficult quests. Quests that were a real challenge to overcome. Often you couldn't, but with luck and craft sometimes you could. So much of SWtoR is singleplayer driven that the loss of all my companions killed the game. I unsubscribed after 4 years of subbing. But I am back for a month. So I am here to tell you how important the ability to equip you companions is to player enjoyment. I was really surprised by your lack of commitment to the deep companion abilities you had boasted to everyone about when SWtoR was released. Please give them back.
  13. So why does my Bounty Hunter/PT have a Blaster if he never fires it? Well? I think you acted before you thought of the consequences BW. The complete fix was to shift some of the PT attacks over to the Blaster if you were removing all but the basic attack power from the Blaster. So do that by the next patch for the PowerTech, please. We game and the game must not look boring, repetitive. Characters must battle with flourish and bravado and look cool. And no back-talk on this. You just agree or say nothing because it is just a Quality of Life improvement that is obviously overlooked by BW.
