  1. This has been the case since the Saberstaff has been in existence (first release of the Gree event) it still holsters too low, which in turn makes it too long/too large to look "proper" vs the other dual blade sabers. This problem seems to appear a lot to newly released saberstaves, while others have been fixed/never happened, this one still is... weird
  2. for a whiner like you about a measly 10$, and I don't know you, no I won't... but if you're someone I've been playing with for a while, on my guild, and just cannot somehow fork out an extra 10$ for whatever VALID reason but STILL interested, I'll be glad to pay the 10$... it's cheaper than the new Jedi/Darth set released today...
  3. how is 1 planet not enough? and 1 planet that's 5 levels worth of content? let me remind you that Voss + Corellia BOTH added were for lvl 45-50, and do you have any idea how LARGE those 2 planets are? 1 planet with 5 levels worth of content is MASSIVE in scope, especially POST-50 experience wise (or they can boost the exp gain from each quest by a big multiplier) and with a raise in level cap, logically means adding in new equipments, TONS of quests, and possibly more end-game flashpoints/ops and this is "Chapter 4", take it how you will but a "chapter" expansion cannot be a small add-in like Section-X or Ilum was... we still don't know yet, how "different" it will be between each class but it'll DEFINITELY be having a good story to last you a while
  4. Marksman spec, I don't have Cull...
  5. how does the Cartel Rifle sound like though? I like the Athiss Rifle sound, but X-52's a bit too PewPew-ey
  6. I'm not sure which is which... as I only tried 2, but seeing the description, it was Cha Rabba(sp?) that I managed to beat... although after 5 tries... then I went after the space station assault one (again, don't know the name) and failed twice... then gave up for the night because it was late... if Cha Rabba, really was the hardest (which I've managed to complete on my own) I think the rest, I can persevere to pass them all... I'll see in the coming days... it's the one from the Ilum zone on the right side right?
  7. oh I see! but it's still weird because I haven't really "gotten" him yet... (and I only started flying after I met him though...)
  8. I have a lvl 50 sniper and I fly a lot for the space missions, especially now that I'm grinding fleet comms in preparation for 1.6 however, when I flew on my Assassin (female) I noticed that there's sometimes a very deep male voice "commenting" as I go through the missions... sounds a bit like the male bounty hunter sound... then goes back to the female inquisitor voice here and there... is this intended? or is a glitch? am I the only one getting this!? it's a bit weird and... not really game breaking but it really IRKS me!
  9. or, to have the same colour as the crystal...
  10. yep... in the beginning, I thought it was pretty cool that I can weild it as a 1-handed saber (on my Assassin) kind of like how Darth Maul got introduced in Episode 1, until the second blade popped out *and everyone gasped!!!* then it gets annoying for disappearing after a certain attack or "destroying a stash" of something... it's like the sniper rifle being held with 1-hand glitch after doing things...
  11. I'll give that a try, thanks! I've noticed SOMETIMES it works, but a LOT of times it doesn't...
  12. a bit of nudge towards Mass Effect designs wouldn't be too bad neither (for troopers and agents at least) ESPECIALLY THE WEAPONS!!! MANY of the weapons are just HORRID... only the VERY FEW are actually decent looking... but if you look at the Mass Effect arsenal... totally gorgeous!
  13. it's always better to get them before getting to lvl 50 as well... I actually liked a bit of PvP here and there, but I didn't do enough to buy 2 pieces (missed a few for a rifle) so I had to do a few at lvl 50 with my recruit stuff... but boy was it unpleasant... most people have War Hero or Battlemaster sets, so I couldn't do anything against them, and I died too fast to be of any help whatsoever... I just couldn't get kills... after I got my rifle (1 comm left now) I gave up entirely on PvP... no fun at all
  14. The general comment from my guild is that Imps are ******es, and Pubs are generally MUCH nicer... The question is if it's true or not, I can't tell... There are ALWAYS jerks on each side, but from some of my guild members, it seems they get thrown into a party with jerks more often than not... but that is also we're primarily Imperial and we group more on the Imp side... but on a psychological standpoint, Republic seems to be the "go-to" faction for those who are just starting, so more new players, who are willing to stick around other new players, whereas those who are a bit experienced jump to the Imperial side which is more "bad ***" and just be a jerk to other players because "that's what Siths are"
  15. people are whining because they didn't get what they wanted... it's expected... we're all just a whiny baby inside... but to put things into perspective, I think the packs were a good way to boost the GTN usage... before the packs, there really weren't TOO many things people REALLY wanted or had to sell... and the prices were ALL over the place... the packs somewhat made the GTN more "visible" and people are flocking the GTN daily (on fleet, usually ~30+ people there on each terminal at rush hours) but some people still have no idea how to "research" the items value before posting... as there has been a few reaaaaally low priced items being snatched just to be re-sold...
