  1. The trailer was interesting; I will give it a try. Although I have to admit that all I could think about when seeing the Jedi (sorry, I forget his name) is how similar he was to Kyle Katarn. Shoulder piece on 1 arm - check! Blaster on hip along with lightsaber - check! Beard - check! Casual clothes instead of Jedi robe - check! I'm a huge Katarn fan so that irked me slightly. Like I said, however, I will check it out.
  2. My legacy last name is T'Vrini - it was the last name I used when I played SWG and I wanted to carry the tradition from my old SW love to my new one.
  3. From JJ Abrams himself, at an event over the weekend: http://insidemovies.ew.com/2014/01/19/j-j-abrams-star-wars-script/ Nothing revealed but he briefly comments on those "crazy things being thrown around ..." If anyone is interested.
  4. Checking in - Halifax, Nova Scotia
  5. There are many that I enjoy but here is my Top 5. 1. Kyle Katarn 2. Wedge Antilles 3. Baron Soontir Fel 4. Han Solo/Chewie (can't have one without the other, imho ) 5. Grand Admiral Thrawn.
  6. Wow! Stunning! Absolutely beautiful! This was definitely worth the wait! The detail is amazing and I believe you captured the essence of Vector so well. There's a reason why I've played the Agent storyline twice ... Phenomenal job - I love all of your work. You've got a fan for life right here!
  7. I've been here since I was invited to BETA in October, 2011 ... and I will be here until the end.
  8. Wow. This is gorgeous! I love the colours and the expression on his face ... It sounds strange but I can feel the emotion that's conveyed here. Can't wait to see the completed product - outstanding!
  9. Just a friendly *bump*. Still patiently waiting for Vector.
  10. Hello! I am new to the forums (although not new to SWToR) and I absolutely love your work. The detail is incredible; you convey the emotion of the moment so well. I don't have a favourite (although Vector IS my favourite ) because they are all wonderful in their own ways. I love the teaser of the Vector you are working on ... I can't wait to see the finished product.
  11. Lots of great names here. One of my alts is in a guild called <Eat Sith and Die> .. I'm biased but I think it's pretty cute.
  12. Hello! First time poster here and I'd like to throw in my 2 cents. The Han Solo Adventures written by the late Brian Daley are by far the best Star Wars books in my opinion. The trilogy is all about Han and Chewie before they met Luke and Obi-Wan on Tatooine. Gritty and compelling; Han and Chewie are definitely not to be messed with; no "Greedo shot first" scenerios here. I recommend this trilogy to anyone who asks me for a great Star Wars read. Second and third offers would be the The Thrawn Trilogy by Timothy Zahn and the Star Wars: Wraith Squadron series by Aaron Allston. Hope my suggestions help!
