  1. I'm still doing comparable damage as I was doing with other specs, it just doesn't feel like I am doing anything. I am also still trying to work out the rotation. Mainly figuring out 1v1s all over again is kinda annoying. I do however, like the trickle healing that gives me more medals/commedations.
  2. I wish this weren't true. I really don't like the playstyle of watchman or any dot classes typically. I just respecced into it @ level 25 and it feels clunky. Maybe I can get used to it. :/
  3. Please Bioware, don't dumb down sentinels. If there are too many abilities for you to juggle, roll something else. I enjoy a challenging class to play, and I bet a lot of other sentinels feel the same way.
  4. I agree... I play a sentinel and usually top 1-2 damage. It is tough though with all the CC. Especially against imperial agents/smugglers. I'm confident the resolve bar will get fixed and CC won't be as strong.
  5. they are both stealth classes, but neither play like a typical "stealther" class. Basically it boils down to this... Assassin has sprint and a knock back. Operative has cover and can heal. Operative also gets a bubble at high level which makes me think it has a little more survivability, but I don't know since I have never played that class.
  6. I don't think you are understanding him really. In a typical PVE setting, the only way someone will know if you are mouse turning is if you spin around quicker than you would by keyboard turning. You wouldn't be circling your enemies or anything during a fight(unless that was an advantageous mechanic) I think he's just saying if you practice strafe/mouse movement while you are playing pve it will come more natural. If you go to http://www.taugrim.com ... that player actually made a decent guide about keybindings that may be beneficial for you.
  7. why is the solution, whenever someone gets beat on, nerf the other side? That's the problem these days. What ever happened to I dunno, getting better? If you are sick of getting your *** kicked, learn to fight and next time be prepared. If you are sick of getting beat by a pre made, make your own.
  8. wow, it sure does look like there are going to be a lot of *the best* pvp servers. There are so many top tier pvpers in this game!
  9. if people are going to sit around for hours ganking, instead of experiencing the game then well... who cares? If someone is camping you, log on to a different toon or something. Besides, the best PvPers don't camp lowbies all day, its just the scrubs that want to make themselves feel good because they are horrible at endgame because they power leveled their class and didn't learn how to play it.
  10. You can just take the credits you make from doing warzones and buy gear on AH, or whaever its called right? Or you could craft it. Either way, you don't have to go grind mobs or something, unless I guess you wanted to have the BEST gear possible @ every level.
  11. I don't understand why people are qqing about the bolster system. Mechanics that try to balance odds in pvp are usually a horrible bandaid that doesn't work at all. Obviously if you have higher level and more utility you are going to do better, but with bolster you actually have the ability to impact the outcome of the match. TL;DR If you don't like bolster, don't pvp til 50.
  12. Maybe your faction is imbalanced, this used to happen all the time on faction imbalanced wow servers. By any chance did you roll empire?
