So...yes, i'm sure they are supposed to be exactly the same. However, after running Hammer Station 1000 times, I can definitely tell you my merc is squishier than my mando. But seems my Merc runs out of energy less often.

6.0 is the most balanced PVP i've experienced in all MMOs. Now I do say that Huttball can actually be renamed to Sniper Ball because the utility lends itself so well to that particular discipline. But i think the current state of the game is really good.

If you enjoyed playing your Merc/Mando in pvp before, I think you will enjoy it more now. More mobile, and an new defensive cool down. Not top dps, but not bad either.

Game difficulty is just right for me. Haven't tried the older content at level 75, but the new content is just right.

Hello folks! I'm enjoying 6.0. The expansion story was great! Very entertaining. Absolutely do not mind playing through with all my ops. The new play-based drop system. Got to admit, a little tedious at first, but then I realized since all the gear is legacy, you only had to do the grind once!!!! Oh my goodness this is great! Flashpoint pops are constant! Gotta play to get the gear. PVP... is still pvp, just as toxic as always. But it's all good. Somethings will never change. And no bugs! Good Job Bioware! I do believe I'll reup with subscription. Thanks!

For whatever reason, Shadowlands is never mentioned in these threads. With reddit communities, streamers, drunken tanks, nsfw, phenix and others, Shadowlands stays very active. I've never spent more than 5 minutes waiting for pvp q. For me, ebon hawk pvp q's were VERY slow. And flashpoint q's were hours long. My move from EH to shadowlands completely changed my experience with the game.

I agree with this statement. However, I thought sorcs needed a nerf. But this is my problem. How on earth did low slash go live broken? This is a new power, and they didnt even test it? I'm sorry. I thought this was unacceptable. And the closer I get to April 20th re-up sub day, the less I want to pay any money. To me, that kind of oversight basically means this game will stay broken. If you dont test the new stuff, they sure as hell are looking at the old stuff. So...I love Alex, I think he works very hard, and I think he has a hard job. But man...you got to test your stuff before you release it.

The combo i fear most is 1) being pushed, 2) leaped on, and 3) chocked. this combo could sometimes hit me for 3rd of my health before I knew what happened.

For me...what felt good was DOT#1, Dot spread, smack down, smack down, DOT#2, DOT Spread #2, smack down, smack down Sorry, dont remember the names. Didnt make it to lvl 57, like my vanguard more.

Sir, I do recommend you read Icykill's thread on expertise and bolster. However, the "PVP for Gear for Dummies" is like this. Disclaimer - it took me about 3 weeks to lvl. I did 3 or 4 WZs, then 1 or 2 Kuat yard drives. First. You really should NOT buy anything with your WZ comms till level 60 OTHER THAN Stims and Health. They cost 10 wz coms a pop. LVL 10, get a full set of orange gear. Use your comms to get amour/mods/enhancements (world comms). LVL 20, swap out your amoring/mods/enhancements/barrels (using world comms). Go on GTN and get low level earpieces and implants, relics if you like, but not crucial. You'll lvl between 20 and 35 pretty quick. I didn't bother to switch anything out. LVL 40 swap out. Also, at LVL 40 valor, start swapping out your WZ coms for Ranked WZ coms. (Be sure NOT to buy stims/health with Ranked comms!!) LVL 50 swap out. Keep your LVL 50 armoring/modes/enhancements till you can get 162's. (I think i got these at black hole, but I'm really not sure.) HOLD at 162. Also remember at Lvl 50 Leave your offhand/mainhand ALONE - dont touch till level 60. Should have 142's or something like that. MH/OF wont be optimized, but honestly, it really doesnt matter unless you just like being the "top damage" at the end of the match. This is not going to be the absolute best gear, you'll be fine. First LVL 60 PVP gear, get your off hand/main hand PVP gear first. You'll know you did something wrong if you pop WZ and have LESS THAN 2018 Expertise. have fun.
