I've been trying to download the game data via the launcher for several days now and have been unsuccessful. Over the past few week I have been having some problems with my ISP that are not yet resolved and have lead to some semi-regular disconnects. My problem is that every time my PC becomes disconnected the launcher restarts my download. I have had other downloads in the past week that have simply stopped and started as my service came and went but this one drops all data, (sometimes several gigs) and starts over at the beginning each and every time. Is this a known issue? Or does anyone have any info on how to get around this? I would love to have access to the game I have already paid for...
