Went to log-in tonite 1/7/2018 and my launcher was advertising HK-55 with bonus chapter and 4th anniversary rewards. These are 2-year old ads. What gives?

I don't know if this has been addressed yet as this was the first week I ran into this glitch, but I finally reached personal conquest on the Rakghoul event (I know, I know) and didn't receive the achievement. I know they are trying to get out rewards, but I'm wondering if the lack of achievement credit will be addressed. I did mention it in the ticket I submitted before checking here.

So their directions were pretty similar to what's been said. in Star wars the old republic file location, open launcher.settings in notepad. Change "bitraider_disable": false to "bitraider_disable": true. Then delete folders: Assets, bitraider, movies, swtor. And relaunch to redownload without bitraider.

FYI, I started the game with the disks as well, but recently had comp probs that led to a complete system wipe. YOU CAN NO LONGER USE THE DISKS TO INSTALL. Therefore, though I've been playing for years, I am now dealing with bitraider issues. I am re- installing as we speak (I had downloaded from the site then uninstalled due to bitraider cuz I thought the disks would correct this issue), and customer service has given me a "solution" for getting rid of bitraider when I'm done re- installing (again). I will follow up if it works, but this is ridiculous. Get rid of bitraider.

I have been writing down lots of my characters' background info. It'd be interesting to be able to have them in-game as well as being able to read others'. I would def do more with the family tree if I could too. My original thought was to have mine all be the children of a prolific force-wielding scoundrel; but the set-up doesn't allow for that More importantly, I wish there were a way to look up previous decisions my characters have made. Since all 10 of my toons have their own storyline, it is sometimes difficult to remember their individual choices.

I'm curious how this will affect queueing for pvp. Will 65-70 be the top grouping or will 70 be in a class all it's own? Will this make it harder to get it to pop?

So is the end date for the Dark vs Light event also Dec 2? I have a bunch I need to finish in order to get the companion and would like to know how long I have.

I did pay cartel coins and plenty of creds to get this entire set, and had even unlocked it in collections cuz I was soooo excited, just to realize this annoying-as-heck bug. Esp when both my toon and her comp were wearing it. So irritated this isn't getting fixed yet.

I personally love reading the codex and getting bckground info, but NOT SPOILERS! This is very disappointing and could easily be remedied by changing the timing of the lore release to after the event has happened.

Well, it's end of July, and while I understand they are spending extra time getting the closing chapter to KotFE just right, and I appreciate that, it'd be nice if they fixed the glitches on Wicked Huntress. So much hype and soooo many credits and Cartel Coins spent on this outfit, yet I'm irritated every time I use it. Definitely distracting from game play immersion. Please fix this!!

Sure, I can reroll my 2 level 20's; but it is clear to me that I'll not get very far in this event. I guess it is targetted toward new players with endless time on their hands. Admittedly, we haven't been given an end date yet though; perhaps if they give us a year, and don't expect me to run KotFE anymore, then I might, maybe, get through it. I guess it is a matter of everyone managing their expectations. Not all of us can be legendary, especially if we have to start fresh. I'll reroll a couple of my lowbies and do what I can, and enjoy the rewards I get.

Does anyone know how long we have to earn these achievements? Have we been given an end date? That will make a huge difference as to how many toons I can conceivably level. I'm no speed-runner

I personally find the livestream interesting enough. I'm also not expecting any big reveals while we're in the middle of an ongoing expansion. So I appreciate the info concerning upcoming companion availability, sub rewards, specials, etc. I also appreciated the links in the wrap-up. Thanks, Eric!
