  1. Thats a little bit frustrating if I'm honest. I'll wait another couple of days before I update the ticket. Thanks for your reply.

I know the phone lines are down and they are probably running a smaller team but I have an old account that I want access to so I paid for a month on this account to get subsriber status so I could use the ingame mail. But its been nearly a week waiting on a reply either to my first email or through the ingame chat function. As I said I know I'll need to wait, but I would like to start playing again probably on my main account. But even at that 4 days seems a little excessive considering you have to pay to use the ingame support function. Anyone got a reply recently?
