Character bound Color Crystals and Weapon Tunings from the Cartel Market (direct sale or packs) can no longer be moved across characters via Legacy Weapons. Seriously?? This just screams " we need a way to force players to get CC." Almost every older player uses legacy gear over several alts (Especially with how tough it is to level and gear alts) and now we have to remove mods everytime we want to transfer a weapon? Was making alts hard to gear not enough of a put off for creating more toons? Im sorry but most people will get bored of that very quickly and they will just stop using cartel crystals and tunings. This change is just ridiculous and needs to be removed. Its only going to annoy your older players. Thought the Dark Vs Light backlash would have taught you not to do silly things that just annoys people that pay regularly to play..... Also, the in game market for these items on the GTN is going to fall through the floor with this change.

Hi guys, I rarely post here but this is something I feel massively affects the ability of players to enjoy aspects of the game. I have read through the first 5 or 6 pages of the thread so apologies if this has already been mentioned. I think the bolster is ok where it is. I dont think increasing it to 240 would hugely impact gameplay and it seems like a bit of wasted effort for such a minimal return when there are so many unresolved bugs etc throughout the rest of the game. Any higher would probably be too much as bolster is there to act as a starting point and not a final answer to gearing in general. Before you all jump down my throat for this, let me explain why I think this way. I am a founder member of the game. I enjoyed playing the story content and FPs etc to begin with and after I had done all of that I picked my favourite class and decided to try some PVP. This was quite some time ago but the issue remained the same up until 5.0. I had a horrible time starting out in PVP at top level. It was almost enough to make me want to quit. With the old PVP gear system you were so hugely underpowered when fighting someone with full ranked PVP gear that it wasnt worth the effort. What you then found was premade teams running around and nuking the newer players. There is very little fun being farmed or being so overpowered that there is no competition. This was an issue from the start of every expac. if you didnt have comms saved up you were farmed for ages until you finally caught up this might not be an issue for those that played continuously but was for people that maybe played more casually, which i feel is the idea of the unranked warzones. That is hugely different to how it is now, although there is a gap, the difference is not so significant. There is a difference in the gear and that makes it tough against some opponents, but thats where you learn new styles of play to better perform against them, just the same as in pve. You have trouble with an ops boss, for example, you experiment with different tactics until you find what works. but this also leaves the feeling of having something to aim for with building up your character. Without that people would get bored quickly, so I dont think the bolster should be raised to tier 4 levels or higher. It should also be noted that even with PVP gear in previous expacs, the bolster was always set below the bottom tier PVP gear (with the exception of the occasional bugs). If you are one of the PVPers that feels that they are being forced to play game modes that they don't want to, I would ask you to think about why you feel that way. PVP is one of the better CXP payouts so you rank up and get the gear quicker than doing many other things. PVP and GSF are the only ways to get the Unassembled Components, which allow you to PICK YOUR SPECIFIC GEAR on top of the random drops from crates. I find myself being pushed more to playing PVP just to gear up specific parts than being pushed away from it! I know its a long post but I hope this gives people a good line of thought on things and will help to prevent the knee jerk reaction of "increase bolster so I don't have to worry about my gear so much" as gearing is a fundamental part of the RPG genre and should never be taken out of the equation. Hi Everyone We have sadly seen the passing of 2 of our favourite actor/actresses this year. Kenny Baker - Played R2-D2 Carrie Fisher - Played Princess Leia I would ask the developers to add in memorial statue decorations to these wonderful people that shaped Star Wars from the beginning and made this game possible. I'm pretty sure that nobody will care that its the wrong time period. I think it would be a fitting way to honour their memory and our love for what they did. Make this happen guys. And may the Force be with them.

We are having issues with EV 16 man HM. one of our group would always join a seperate instance to the rest of us. we quit out and regrouped and now when we enter we get thrown back to the fleet after the load screen. Any ideas? We are all subs.

They have one already with the "Say" channel. You just have to be near them when you use it.

Every match I have played tonight has had a healer on one team and not the other. this is clearly an advantage to that team. whats going on? why are we getting mixed teams this season?

Not sure if this helps but we have been seeing this problem with the nodes becoming unclickable alot. Especially on our flagship. BUT!!!!! There is a work around to help out If you enter edit mode and remove then replace the problem node this will make it accesable again I know its not a proper fix but it might help you guys out while the Devs sort the bug. I mean come on guys, at least reword it once a year or something..... or even just have one for each reporting type as I've not seen an actual response from a human being in over 18 months now :/

I have been having the same problem. No error messages or anything. The rename window just vanishes and nothing happens. And no, before anyone asks, we haven't already renamed our ship before.

Or maybe they might fix the flashpoint vendor on manaan so we can use it lol
