Cross server warzones would help fix the perceived problem with premades. The real problem that causes this griping, other than folks who simply cry because they suck, is the low number of folks playing which makes you face the same opponents repeatedly in a gaming session.
No one should cry about getting destroyed in one game in a night. If you can't stand seeing what you could potentially do with a better equipped character, more skill and teamwork, this probably isn't the game for you. But, when you face the same dominant players in match after match and your team just can't get it together, it's not fun.
I do not for one second believe that solutions which penalize friends for playing together, by making them choose between playing with their friends against serious teams (even more often than they have to do now) or entering a queue without friends to increase the chance of facing scrubs, will help with the number of players in the warzones. I believe that this will reduce the number of players.
