So I am 55 marauder. In order to run HM SnV / NiM TFB I have to pass guild test to become rank and be part of group that runs those ops. In order to do so aside from knowledge of ops and class and ect. I need to be able to dps 2200 min. So My gear is all 69's with 2 or 3 items full 72. Full 66 aug with advanced might aug. I have always been annihilation but switched to carnage and I know the rotation and have it down. but know matter how hard I try I cannot surpass 2000 when I parse on the op dummy on my ship. I parse for 5 minutes and about 1950 is where I land. I looked at my gear and noticed about 7 or 8 items have alacrity and surge which I don't need alacrity and surge I don't need that much of. if at all. I am pretty knowledgeable but I have not delved into stat priority at all really and I know it must be the problem because I should be parsing 2200 no problem. #1 will someone please give me a rundown on the stats and where I should be on them all. #2 also it would not hurt to have an ability rotation thrown in here from someone who knows what theyre talking about. cuz I may be missing something. I love tips and advice. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. thanks for your time.

Hi, i was wondering. Ive been away for a couple weeks, and someone mentioned before hand that with this new update there would be a new set of relics, replacing the current best at the time that costed 200 dailies, with a new set that was 400 dailies. is this true? and if so where can i get these new relics. Also, i am a Mara and im ready to by these relics, which would be best for me to take on, being im dps i want the relics that has +87 end and 30% chance to damage for ___ but the question is, there are four, each the same except one has chance for internal, one for elemental, kinetic and energy...as i wrote this i had an epiphany is the internal damage for a dps operative and the energy for a sniper and elemental for inquis? which would mean the kinetic dps relic would be for me, a mara? i guess i just answered my own question, but am i right? and if so would it be worth while to buy 2 of the same relic, or would it be beneficial to buy one of those and then the one with 84 end and 315 power boost when used? thanks for any and all advice.

Thanks everyone for conveying the truth, i just wanted to verify. Atleast i now know what to expect. I have no problem getting owned until then, i just wanted to make sure that it wasnt just me, and also just to clarify, the 1/10 wins was simply a dramatization however i was emphasising on how often me n my time gets onwed. I have noticed, atleast on my server anyway (bastion) that republic has way more geared players, everygame. there team will have atleast half if not more in full WH compared to the empire being 1-3 wh and maybe BM or too and pub will have maybe 1 undergeared person. But the huge difference between recruit n BM clarifies this consistent defeat. Thank you guys for all your information.

ok, good, that was the answer i really wanted to hear. I can understand and deal with that. But once someone gets fullly geared, it really changes around, to where your the one kicking *** and everyone else is left under your boot?

Hello, so when it comes to PvP i am pretty new. Ive played 1000 WZ's and now that im level 50 and actualy into it i have a few questions. Please, if ur here to talk **** go somewhere else, Im look for real advice. Someone told me on another post that in the beggining, until you get war hero armor, your going to get your *** kicked in pvp and thats just how it is. When im in a situation where im evenly matched i can hold my own and in most cases am formidable. Ive played pvp on many different games over the years. My question is, since i started doing wz's it seems like every single game, me n my team ( non ranked ) just get demolished. like 1/10 games i will actually not get completely annihiliated. YES i am in recruit pvp armor n have only the battlemaster chest piece, so obviously im undergeared significantly. but my question (finally) to all you veteran players is: is it this way for everyone? do you have to just man through all the wz's and get your *** kicked until you eveentually get the comms tand get better gear? when i played wz's pre 50 it was the opposite 9/10 games i was top of the list everygame and it was actually fun. Now its not even fun at all and its so discouraging. Is this how it is, is this the way its supposed to be, get ur *** kicked over n over til u earn the comms n get better gear and then it will even out? any and all advice/opinions are greatly appreciated. thanks. So i am a lvl 50 Marauder. My question is: In your opinion, what is the most lethal tree for pvp for the marauder ANNIHILATION? CARNAGE? RAGE? I know better than to believe one is ultimate. They all have there good and bad things, Just as i have heard good and bad opinions about all of them. I am currently mostly ANNIHILATION and a few in carnage n rage. i do alright in PvP ( i know my gear is partly to blame ) but i just want to hear from you guys and get your opinions, advice or ten cents on which way i should go with my skill points, All input is appreciated greatly. WOW! thank you guys soooo much. I played WoW and Star Wars Galaxies, so i had a basic understanding of the situation. however i still didnt understand alot. Now i defenitly feel confident and have a sense of direction. Some of the things you guys mention im still kinda like " huh " ( scratching head ) but i know well enough with experience, ill figure it all out in time, like anything else in life. One question i will ask again, cuz i never knew this existed but...Campaign Gear? i know you guys arent refering to the campaign gear when leveling to 50, but a some special super armor? i dont recall seeing it at a vendor, how do i get it again and where is the vendor? it doesnt have anything to do with black hole tokens does it? ~ BESIDES THAT ~ Thanks again everyone for all your input, ^ flyersfan. Hello, so as the title says, im 50 and im still confused on a few things. Some elaboration would be very much appreciated. so heres my questions. My Goals now are to acquire the best armor possible. One set for PVP and one for PVE now. The best for PVE is rakata? am i correct, and the best for pvp is battlemaster? now i now im wrong. How do i acquire rakata, im on ilum doing missions acquring the daily token things. On vaiken, ive seen the rakata gear however it doesnt have a price tag, it has someother requirement, what do i have to do to get rakata, and even then is that the best PVE? PVP so is battlemaster the best? Operations and all that stuff. So i am aware of normal, hard mode and nightmare mode. Tell me where i should start, and what gear depicts me being " geared " for HM and then what depicts me being "geared" for NM. i know in time i will understand but a brief layout/guideline on what i should begin working on would be awesome, i know it takes ages and ages to get certain gear but where should i start? any advice is greatly greatly appreciated. would like if ud refrain from the sarcastic poking and trolling, everyone is clueless at one point, so help is all im asking for, please and thank you very much.
