Dear Bioware, I am living this MMO after my previous experience with LOTRO. I am playing a helaer and enjoying supporting my group mates in hard content, heroics etc. I would do much more, if getting to the instance wasn't such a hassle. Getting there, do the business and getting back to my questing is just too much time invested in helping others. LOTRO will teleport you to the instance, should you join the group doing it and then back to your previous position. Such system does encourage you to do group content more, as it is fun to do the contenct but a hassle to do all the travelling. Please can you think about implementing some system in order to minimize the travelling hassle in order to join a group and help them do their quest? It is incredibly difficult to get a group today on some servers, even for relatively fast and easy group content and heroics. Not to mention the complete lack of tools supporting group search and server-wide lfg channel. This is not a singleplayer game, over all, is it? Just my personal experience. Until now the game strongly discourages anybody who would love to join groups and help other people!
