I feel the same way

I have completed the black talon twice, and Boarding Party as well on hard mode and have not gotten any social or dark side points associated with these instances. I didn't do a big search but I don't recall seeing this as a known issue. Is anyone else having this problem?

Bugged out for me too, I tried it a few times and had no luck.

Has anyone else had a problem with the Prison Break quest on Belsavis? I put down the device that I am supposed to defend and it seems to just despawn without being hit by the enemies I am meant to defend it from. Is it just bugged or am I doing something wrong? is there a trick to this?
