  1. I don't really see why it shouldn't be available to anyone else. There are already plenty of perks for people who choose to subscribe, and it's kinda irritating to permanently lock story-centric content out as an exclusive deal. That stuff would not be tolerated for any other game. These kind of promotions are usually always just a thin veiled attempt to make people subscribe, but inevitably end up as DLC later on for those who didn't. At least, that's how it goes with most other games when talking about story DLC (Javik Day-1 DLC for ME3 as an example). I don't see why it shouldn't here So in other words, sure I'd sign for that.
  2. I agree. Especially considering how long these quests are, so it's not like it's easy to find anyone else who are at the Heroic Quest part, you can't just share the quest. It takes forever to get to those Heroics too considering all the digging and faffing about you have to do. The storylines for these questlines are intriguing, Shroud is a fun antagonist. But actually playing the questlines are irritating without 3 other people to help you.
  3. If there's one character I want to come back then it's The Shroud. I thought he was an excellent adversary and a fun rival to Cipher Nine. I know he is still around with the little easter egg, that can be found in the Star Fortresses, where you can spot one of his drones hanging about outside the windows. I'd like for him to have an involved role in the future.
  4. Well since the datamined info has been more or less on point with everything, they won't be showing up this season. I would, however, love to have Kira with my Smuggler and her companions, specifically Risha or even Vette from the Warrior's companions. Character-wise they seem to fit neat together.
  5. "You discern a fraction of reality. Beyond these stars exist other galaxies, other worlds, other beings. I will experience or ignore them as I wish. I will spend eternity becoming everything: a farmer, an artist, a simple man. When the last living thing in the universe finally dies, I will enjoy peace and wait for the cycle to begin again." The Emperor's idea of immortality expands to all fractions of life--He wants to absorb all of it, then tear down the sandcastle and begin anew. His role as Valkorion seems to be just another step in this plan. In that role he fathered 3 children, married a woman whom he "apparently loved" as his people seem to adore him but now he has grown weary of it and prepares for something else. I could see how this could relate to a possible theory of him carrying a relation to the class story, whether it be a Smuggler, a Jedi, a Mercernary, a Sith or just a Bounty Hunter. I imagine he wants to endure all of it until he is content and moves on to another galaxy, another world, another life.
  6. I do like how a lot of the class stories do overlap -- Like how when the Jedi Knight first meets one of the Children of the Emperor, you get to talk with Syo Bakarn about Vivicar's recent redemption and having already encountered these children before. Meaning the first chapter of the Consular happens slightly before the end of the JK's first chapter.
  7. Preposterous! The Smuggler is way more amusing than any SNL skit.
  8. I love Guss, gimme. He already made a little cameo in Blizz' side quest. Love him. Still hoping for Scourge, Kira, Risha & Vette.
  9. Smuggler & Imperial Agent The Smuggler has without a doubt the best companions in the entire game; they feel like one big family, Skavak was an amusing villain to exchange quips with. Last but not least, the Smuggler is one of the most fun protagonist to have come out of BioWare since sarcastic Hawke. I love the writing for her chracter and the voice acting is top notch for both female and male alike. The Agent is the best written and most uncompromising among them all. As BioWare stories go it's up there with Jade Empire as one of the most well written stories, where good and evil are indistinguishable. It definitely tops KOTOR 1's plot for me. Really satisfying.
  10. I really would love if this happened not that I imagine it would but I'd love it as some sort of endgame scenario.
  11. Not sure. I personally think he's about as interesting as a polystyrene block.
  12. Bumbing the thread since I'm still waiting for help with this after adding a ticket.
  13. So I'm having issues with claiming items from the Cartel Market. I've tried repairing it with the launcher though the prompt for repairing is grayed out for me. This is really annoying. I could use some assistance.
  14. No, OP, you're right. TOR is indeed not a "cannon".
