As the title says why is there no where to post for support difficulties? My sub expired overnight, and I always turn auto resub off to keep track of my spending. Tried to resub had the exact issues listed in this link https://swtorista.com/articles/swtor-account-cant-subscribe-due-to-maintenance/ No where on this site could I find any assistance and being unable to post had me ready to say OK the 3 month return as a founder was fun but if they don't want my money so be it. As an after thought I posted the question on the steam forum and received the above link as a reply, while the work around was successful, whatever is causing it needs to be fixed and details able to be found in the support help page which is utterly hopeless, possibly built by the same work experience kids that did the "eternal skytrooper spam" chapters.

But why repeatedly take it off line on a Friday night smack in the middle of prime time hours. If they are going to repeatedly shut down in prime time without rethinking their policy about bringing servers down world wide at the same time, I will be gone once the next game that has appeal comes along.

I'm really tempted to try The Secret World and if servers transfers for the Oceanic players don't happen soon then my decision will be made. The things like servers transfer , ranked WZs etc that BW keep promising then don't deliver is a big source of frustration. If you don't yet know how you are going to deliver something just say its in the works but not sure when rather than making and breaking more promises then a politician.

But why on a Friday night, 5PM to 9 PM local time is not a good way to maintain a happy customer base? Please change your major patch night from Thursday so the Oceanic timezone don't also lose Friday night primetime as well with Emergency patches. Patching content on a Tuesday so we lose the occassional Wednesday I can live with.

UUMMM Try fighting troopers or smugglers, they can out heal an assassin damage then disappear apparantly timer free with multiple stuns
