My character is stuck in a renaming loop. I am forced to make a name change every time I Iog into a character. I complete the name change it then reverts back to the original name when I log out. I login back onto the character and forced to do the change name again and the loop continues. If this cannot be resolved, refund all my purchases made on this character and I will delete and recreate the character.

There is no fixlauncher.exe in my game directory, where is it located? and the repair tool wont allow to repair it unless it detects a problem while patching. I was really hoping it was a problem again with the login servers and would be fixed soon. It's very frustrating to not be able to play on your one day off and during a double xp event.

Anyone else having problems logging in? Keep getting a This application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again. error
