i should have a balance of 2030 cartel coins all i have is 30 and it does say i shud have 2030 and it does just show 30 coins?

i never received them in game tho just a bif fat minus -2000 for me

Hello everyone anyone else having the same problem, I re-subbed and my account said i would be entitled to 2000 cartel points I never received them i only received 1000 cartel points 500 for this month 500 for next month because bioware screwed up and gave me them early. I have made 3 tickets about me not receiving my 2000 cartel points and i havent received them at all i have just been told that I will not get cartel points next month because I received next months early that doesnt bother all I want is my 2000 cartel points from owning CE edition and other points for other months I have subscribed I feel I am being ignored and pushed away this is what my account said about my cartel points.
