Wanted to say the same thing myself, made a couple of Taris Heroics actually doable without swearing the other day for the first time in ages. It is one change I am happy to see, still ruminating on the rest... I was in the same boat yesterday

Friend of mine is thinking of subbing up for the first time based on what I have told her about the planned changes. She is definitely sitting on her cash until it actually lands in full, just in case.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong (edit - I was) but since playing with a lvl 75 copied over toon it looks like the only skill requiring cover to use for the Gunslinger now is "Sweeping Gunfire"? Feels like a lot of the thought process that you needed playing a Gunslinger has switched to easy mode in that case; that makes the class less special, to me at least. Was removing the cover bar intentional, if not specifically stated in the patch notes? Could someone "in the know" confirm that, please? Edit - After refreshing the skills by changing the Combat Style a few times I can see that there are a couple more skills that still require cover: "Hunker Down" and "Pulse Detonator".

Question rather than feedback. Apologies if I missed this info somewhere else, has cover bar switching been removed? My bar doesn't change when I drop into cover, which it does on my live smuggler / gunslinger /sharpshooter.

I got a Conquest Objective completed message "Tatooine: Mission complete" as soon as I logged on with a character on Tatooine, before I did anything. When I relogged I got a second "Advancement: Gain a Level". Is that expected, or just a consequence of being on Test? Conquest Objective "Missions:Director". Was this intended to not trigger for gathering missions, but only for things like Diplomacy or Treasure Hunting because they are specifically Mission skills? Probably a silly question, but just to check... Conquest Objective "Missions:Taskmaster" then completed when I killed a boss, so is that a seperate trigger to Crew skills? "Crew Skills: Rank Up" daily appeared to reset after I left my stronghold and ported to Coruscant. Not 100% positive but I will recheck if it clears again. "Advancement: Hail a Taxi" was flagged as completed on a character that displayed the objective, but the character that hailed the taxi was too high level to have the objective displayed as available. Not sure if that means that the high level character got the conquest points or if they were lost? Edit - rather than keep updating this post and making the forum messy I will try and test agressively this weekend and post a list after...

Couldn't agree more. They've been "in the wild" for ages now, maybe they should consider offering them as a retro sub reward, or as an achievement. I've got them, but it doesn't take anything from me if everyone else has them too

Should be possible. The sub reward device displays the following when triggered: "For those who do not wish to recruit Shae naturally on their adventures (which will happen following KotFE Chapter 14), this device can be used to get Shae Visla's assistance early, and instantly unlock her as a companion." That implies to me that it should also happen in the natural course of playing. I'll ask my friend this weekend if she managed to get Shae through the story, as she wasn't a sub at the time the offer dropped... Edit - just checked with her and she couldn't recruit Shae, so I guess it must just be subs

i've been subbed to the game since it came out, save for 6 months in 2017 when I had absolutely no spare cash. I am happy to say that I had an email waiting for me when I logged in today. OK, it was a spam email offering to sell me gold, but hey, *I* feel special Seriously, if the special deco makes people feel happy, that's good. I sub because I want to play the game...

Just done this, and it is indeed correct. 8 members and the credits are now sufficient.

According to the in-game popup, it's 8 guild members now, not 12. Not sure when it changed...
