It's been happening to me as well. I can go 15-45 min before I get the endless loading screen. Sometimes I can get it to work again for awhile before it crashes again. Sometimes I have to restart my PC before doing so. Fortunately, I notice that my abilities don't respond when I click on them. 30 seconds later my game will then crash to the loading screen. I usually have enough time to move my character to a relatively safe spot before the game crashes. Still, very frustrating. Maybe it's time to dust off KoTOR and KoTOR 2 for awhile.
