I am hopeful that their schedule means they figured it out. I am probably setting myself up for disappointment.

The rotation starts in the 6.3.1 update. I feel it is safe to infer that is when the companions will be available again. I shared your hope that they would all be available at the same time. I only need Ranos.

I am experiencing this bug as well. I see other troopers running up. I have tried switching instances and logging out and logging back in.

Will I be able to hold off on accepting the rewards though? The reputation tokens don't go to inventory anymore. They get popped automatically upon accepting the reward.

I had a question. Any help is appreciated. If I max out the weekly reward, can I continue with alts and turn in the missions but wait until after the weekly reset to accept the rewards? Will that work or will it get deleted with the reset?

Customer service returned most of the items on my first character, and I just got the e-mail for my returned rewards for the second. I am kind of scared to open them. I'll be getting them one at a time going forward.

I claimed the box. When I opened the box from my inventory, the box disappeared but I did not get the rewards. I lost 3 tiers of rewards and the loot box vanished.

Has anyone else had problems with claiming the Log In Reward Crates? I opened the crates that had all my tier 1-3 rewards and I didn't get my rewards.

I opened 2 of the Crate of Claimed Log In Rewards that contained my Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 rewards. The crates vanished and I did not receive my rewards. I have opened a customer service ticket. I am waiting for a response. Now I am afraid to open the crates I have on the other server. Has this happened to anyone else?

It seems I was wrong. My bad. I was a sub and I honestly thought everyone could recruit through the story.

As I recall, recruiting Shae Vizla is an Alliance Alert that pops up after Chapter 14. The sub reward is for early recruitment. You have to complete To Find a Findsman to get the Alliance Alerts. Video of the recruitment is below.
