Two pieces of armor have the exact same stats with the only difference being one offers +16 power and the other offers +16 Surge. It is my understanding Surge increases the Crit Multiplier where as Power Increases...? So a guy tells me to equip the Surge over the Power if my Crit is not at the optimal lvl i think he said 90 some percent. Why then when i remove the power set for the surge set do i lose points in my primary dmg stat? How can this be good? Situation: LVL 40, PVE.

But i avoided FPs as I didn't want to piss everyone off not knowing the correct rotation etc.. but i will jump in and go for the good gear that i know im missing. thanks again for the FP recommendations.

I played my sith warrior till lvl 38 and haven't done a FP. I wanted to get a feel for the class and game before jumping into group content. Should i start at the first low lvl FP or jump right into a lvl 38 FP? Thanks in advance.

I am new to this game and am currently level 24 sith marauder. Playing the Carnage Spec and loving it. However, i have seemingly hit a wall with my rotation or dmg output as i am getting handled by npc's equivalent to my own level. To get to the point, I have read to increase accuracy to 100% but do not understand how to do so. I don't understand how power, surge, critical multiplier, etc play into the overall build of the class. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

I hit lvl 10 but did not automatically get to choose my specialty. I read there is a mission or quest you must do first? where is it for sith warrior? What am I missing here? Thanks in advance.
