  1. You can't as the Airlock isn't available right now. I'm taking up compensation with the Galactic Insurance company as I will be in a lot of trouble in case of an emergency!
  2. PvE was solid in TBC. Easily the best expansion for PvE. The only other decent one really was Ulduar.
  3. Not to mention it's Championship Sunday!
  4. 1) He most likely had no idea the server population would be bad when he rolled, non of us had any idea on how populated they would be. 2) If he started during early access, it's now been 6 weeks since release, not exactly speed leveling 3) Just because we was a 50 in a zone against level 10s doesn't mean that's why we played it. If you notice he asks to expand it to 40, not level 10. Right now some servers have no WZ action. Such as mine, I only ever get Huttball and even if I'm lucky enough to fight something non-Huttball we end up with at least 2 AFK players. Thank fully I don't mind PvE so I have gone back to tank spec and decided to reinstall Guild Wars for my PvP. However once I have done the PvE content a few times I don't see myself resubbing unless they keep releasing top quality content as I am a PvP player at heart.
  5. So going back to the OP. If I don't like Arenas I am a bad player? I don't want Arenas in SWTOR because they wouldn't work. They have only worked in one MMO before really well, and no it wasn't "That other game". They worked in Guild Wars and was fantastic. But that's because the game was designed around it and built up around Arenas. The balance existed for them, and with the ability to duel-class and a limit on how many skills you could take in to them allowed the players to make the balance. Arenas in Warcraft put a lot of people off Arenas because the balance was awful. From Season 1-Present RMP was insanely powerful. Only a few FOTM comps ever took it's place, and even then not for long. Not to mention that the amount of player's taking part in PvP and Arenas in WoW is on a huge decline. Why would you implement something that has more chance of causing people to leave than to start playing. TL:DR - SWTOR wasn't created for PvP or arena so the balance isn't there. It would require a reworking of the game to make it work, for what will be less than 10% of the population.
  6. If that is the case either the stat weight for secondary stats is very high, or there is a huge mistake in the maths. Hopefully they pick up on this quickly and it will get resolved.
  7. Do you get more secondary stats such as Crit / Surge / Alacrity than the Commando set?
  8. The easiest way to discourage people from using PvP gear in PvE would be to reduce the damage against NPC's by the same amount it increases damage dealt to players. Therefore wearing PvP gear would actually lower your damage in PvE, making it unwanted.
  9. Same here. I'm making quite a fair bit selling some materials. You won't make much selling early level materials, and they do flood the market, but this is the same in most MMOs. They take a very short amount of time to collect and cost little. However the later stuff (such as now I'm collecting Rank 5 Underworld Metals) are taking 45 minutes a quest. People will be more than happy to buy these from the GTN as they get the item they want without wasting 45 minutes. Also your 5 million is a one off, and you must have done well to achieve it. Out of everyone I have met so far I currently have the highest amount of credits (Admitted we are only around level 30-35ish), with 340k. Everyone else I know is running around with between 20-30k.
  10. Nice amount of proof to back up that claim. Out of the instances I have done so far a Merc healer has never seemed to have much trouble keeping me up.
