I know this question is asked a lot by people who just want to be the best at things by not working hard, but this is just a question out of curiosity. I am looking for opinions on which class has the highest SUSTAINED pve dps.

I'm wanting to play republic instead of empire, I'm trying to find a server that has a good republic population but not completely dominate. Also I keep hearing empire has advantages over republic, is this true?

I like a few classes equally and find it irritating to have a lot people who play the same class.
