One of our jugg tanks is completely new to tanking, and to jugg, and its his absolute weakest character. There is a huge room for improvement with him on this, but he is one of the most loyal men that I know, and given our current quality of members, having a few guys who practices their weak sides on alts/classes that they are not good at, is something we can live with. His healer is great, and even if he wasnt his ability to bring a group together to play, his general ability to get everyone else to pvp with him, and his humility and willingness to learn, even though he gets killed in duels on our guildship a thousand times over, without getting frustrated, humbles me.

To be honest, I have absolutely no issues with either IRS or MVP. The amount of flak that is given for queue syncing is in my opinion completely unjustified, and both tags are both respectful and appear to have at least half a brain, unlike most other players I see.

I hope to god you are not serious about this. MMO PvP is like chess. The CC are one of your pieces, all your dps abilities are the pawns. The damage abilities's functions are exponentially increased by the proper use of tactics on your CCs, your slows, roots, rotations, timings, etc. Your CC breaks and immunities are parts of those. A decent pvper will use all of them. A good pvper, will be good at timing his CCs, and his CC breaks. A great pvper will know his timings, and keep track of which of YOUR CC breaks, your def CDs you have used, etc. An excellent PvPer, and people with a brain, will use the first big hitters to make you pop your def CDs, then use a CC that breaks on damage to mez you and let your def CDs burn out. Then il hit you with a stun, and make it look like im building my big combo, so you use your CC break, and then i will hard-stun you, while i ACTUALLY use my big combo. During all of this, i keep track of your def CD cooldowns, and I know them by heart. By the way most people who complain about CC argue, it appears you believe chess should consist of pawns only, so you dont get check mated in 4 moves.

CC allows smart players to excell vs bad ones, because of different uses of CCs. Bad players always want less CC, great players want more. Great players who want less, play CS/Battlefield.

Its still pre-season, and we as a guild is growing and practicing and pvping together. Team ranked is not THE priority for us, teamwork and pvping together is. As I said earlier, we will be doing team ranked as well, but for now, making sure that we know eachother playstyles and eachother, and finds the correct ways to work together is more important to us. Not catering to the forum heroes screaming for a team ranked gang. Thats YOUR definition of a pvp guild, not ours.

Once again you are throwing baseless accusations out there, I havent mentioned Dota, LoL, SC, CS, etc. You have. Ive discredited WoW, how does CS, LoL, Dota, etc affect that? And for the record, I did play Dota actively, and had a rank of 4101 at the highest, but it affects my MMORPG PvP very little. So yeah, your point is kinda of moot.
