How long has it been since you logged in rep side? Your guildies might have filed a ticket to get the GM transfered since you had not logged in. Has happened many times before as many GMs just disappeared leaving guilds in limbo

Your best bet is to find a decent pve guild that does ops. People there will be experienced and willing to teach new players who are willing to follow instructions. Dont have any suggestions for Red Eclipse. There used to be a top raiding (but newbie friendly) guild called Aphotic, but they imploded sometime last year... Dont place your faith in group finder.

you are probably correct. then again, embargoed items that can now reappear may drive prices down as well... who knows?

Well my sub is lapsing in a few days and I will not be renewing; and I refunse to play this game without a sub, which means im leaving... Though, its not because of this pack change, its because the state of the game is realyl bad and the devs are only looking for ways to cash grab rather than add meaningful content and create a good product. This change however does not inspire me to come back any time soon. It does however inspire me to sell of my entire inventory of rare items before they stop being rare thanks to these new chance cubes....

Yup this is almost me, except I predicted most of this. I was never that excited about KOTFE, and didnt think the story was good, but it was enjoyable to play anyway. I wasnt going to do a thread of my own because of how toxic this forum is. My sub quietly expires next week and im not renewing. Since this one is here and I see so many people agreeing, I will just add my two cents and say Im leaving for similar reasons too. I think its a sad state of the game when loyalists who have been here since beta and been subbed non-stop feel pushed to leave

What would be the one thing I want changed in SWTOR? The DEVS The level of incompetence in running this game is truly staggering. It's why Ive finally decided to let my sub expire at the end of this month after being in this game non-stop since beta.

QFT. Many people in the nightmare / uber hardcore community contribute immensely to the community of SWTOR. All the guides and onformation that many people (especially casuals) depend on to learn stuff quickly if they want to learn something, comes from the selfless effort of the people that the forums so loves to dismiss as irrelevant.

It makes sense if you look at it from the perspective that they are desperately trying to force people to stay in the game by making it as grindy as possible since there is no actual content. And you also hit the nail on the head regarding them wanting to try and gouge players by (hopefully) forcing people to pay more RL $$$ I hope it blows up in their faces. My sentiment of this game nosedived once they announced the changes for 4.0 and has yet to recover.

This is an utterly stupid decision! What warped logic led to conclusion that giving out lesser rewards for HARDER content is fair and is the right way things should be?! A CHANCE of getting 224 gear? Absolutely ridiculous. Seems more like you guys are trying to either kill off NiMs or increase the grind required in this game.

Just a lazy naked cashgrab. Why the hell should i stay subbed continuously till who knows when you are (as always) not really releasing any content and there is nothing new to do in the game but grind old stuff? I don't think any SWTOR veteran is in the least bit surprised that you can't keep to you one chapter a month schedule. Really you guys have never been able to release anything on time ever. It will probably be 2017 by the time Chapter 16 comes... No thanks. You can keep your HK-55 game. I'll probably use that money to buy some other game
