Any fixes yet wth dropped 40 bucks yesterday on coins for this and its broken

same thing happening for a token I just sent to my buddy. has to reclaim it and it doesnt work added note just after I sent him his I bought another and redeemed and worked fine for me

To make a long story short swtor stopped working. I did a factory reset on my pc and am now reinstalling swtor. The launcher is seizing up getting stuck at 500kb/s. When i tried the old trick of pausing it and restarting the download, I notice theres no pause button. Note I am not dumb or hallucinating there is no pause button. Is this a symptom of another bad install?
