Software is hard. Complaining that minor features take longer than expected is like complaining about stale peanuts on a commercial airline. Forget the fact that you are FLYING THROUGH THE AIR inside a giant metal ship! Okay, silly analogy. Anyway, my point is, cut them some slack. There is an enormous amount of work that goes on behind the scenes for every change. Some changes turn out to be more difficult than anticipated, so you have to delay them. Better to delay than to rush out some half-cocked feature.

When I get disconnected from game, I see a standard error message at server select select screen. I click OK and select my server to enter queue to start playing again. Once I finally get in, I see another error message and am placed at the back of the queue again. This happens every time my connection has a hiccup. Why? Ridiculous...
