I also noticed some nodes have the hollo stuff on top and showup on the map, but when you actually got there you can't click on them since they seem to be embedded in the texture around it. Mostly for scavenging since they are part of the junkpile.

They are sold by the vendor in Dromund Kaas spaceport just before you get out to the planet.
