They could have had an extensive beta to test the class changes, the tuning of the releveled raids, the companion changes, and all of that stuff, but just NOT made the story accessible on the PTS.

1) What is your overall impression of TOR as of right now? - Game will continue to be an enjoyable story experience. But IMO, its dead or at least dying from a raiders perspective. My overall impression of swtor right now from that standpoint is that im very much enjoying playing one of its competitors instead 2) What is your favorite aspect of gameplay in TOR as of right now? Operations: once a raider, always a raider. 3) What is your least favorite aspect of gameplay in TOR as of right now? PvP/class balance in general. Having such a wild class imbalance has pretty much ruined both PvP and PvE. Its not a fun game when you are pretty much forced to class stack for a good amount of the operation bosses, and when there are few viable pvp specs. 4) How would you like to see your least favorite aspect of gameplay improved? By the Dev's putting even the slightest bit of real effort into it, and by them actually using the PTS to get feedback from the players and listen to that feedback. As it stands the PTS is nothing more than for show. 5) What features would you like to see added to TOR in the future?
