character customization isn't very good and pvp loot system is a mess.

No one cares about romance scenes. It's pretty sad how we're stuck with green humans, humans with metal glued to their face and humans with tentacles, all having the same animations. Just saying it'd be nice if we had more unique races, but w/e.
