  1. Why in the world would you suggest that they level more characters when they already don't like the process? It's not about the time involved, but the experience.
  2. People offered what you asked for and you dismissed the offers out of hand. That's fine, it's your prerogative. But, the attitude displayed with it just smells like you were never sincere to begin with. That, or there are only a handful of names that you deem "acceptable." And even then I doubt you would pay what they are "worth." Get creative. There are plenty of great names not taken. If you want bland, uncreative names... well, ok... but being original and unboring should be encouraged.
  3. So this entire thread is just a troll by OP? Not cool. Why offer to buy names and then scoff at the great names offered and admit that you really just want someone to give you the name. Anyone who has one that you would want would be insane to just give it with this attitude that you're presenting. Pay the credits or suck it up and be creative like the rest of us.
  4. It was fine for solo play. It's kind of ridiculous that they made us choose advanced classes. And even if they wanted to make us do it, why not wait until level 10 or whatever like they used to? It was a challenge to get through everything without picking AC.
  5. PvP only. It's a fun and challenging way to level a character.
  6. An event that encourages grouping, outside of Ops and FPs, is intriguing.
  7. DvL was barely an event to begin with. If you want all the thrill and excitement of this "event," just make a new character every week and level them to max while playing FPs and PvP all along the way and run a couple of Ops every weekend. Literally, just play the game and it's DvL. Forget about the rewards because they were not worth the effort anyway.
  8. No, this is not something for the character designer. This is a gear issue. This is a continuing customization issue. I don't want to be stuck with something... I want to be able to choose how my twi'lek looks/dresses.
  9. NO! All they have to do is make a few species-specific pieces to sell in the CM. It seems (mildly) unreasonable to expect all headgear to adapt to twi'lek, but they can make some specific to different species who have this issue. Cosmetic, but moddable, is all we need. I would happily pay CC for this.
  10. SWG was fun, at first. But, it got a bit tedious and you had to invest soooo much time into everything. That might gain you a devoted core following, but you'll never make up the missing revenue without the parts for people who just drop in casually. It's nice to have a life and our games shouldn't suffer for it.
  11. #freethelekku Yes, a few more options on appearance would be ok, but we really need customized headgear for Twi'leks. I'm tired of the laziness of having it clip or just amputate lekku. I would take proper headgear, even if it came from CM, over new appearance options.
  12. I don't put any stock, positive or negative, in social media likes/dislikes for this franchise anymore. There are people on both sides that take action to inflate (and enrage) reactions. It's not like they're going to s-can this project at this point in time. It's good to go. We'll see what comes of it. I would give it a chance, if I had Disney Channel. People just need to remember that it is aimed at children. Full stop. And if people really want to see things "improve" with this franchise, I find it amazing and mind-boggling that they trash anything new before even giving it a chance. I bet most people who trash this show will never even watch it, but they'll sure have opinions about it. In short, make up your own mind. Don't hop on the hate wagon just because it's in style right now.
  13. It was their version of scorched-earth. But, they didn't actually scorch anything, which is why we got (most of) those companions back. The story would be fine, on it's own. It's far too force-user-centric to be the only version of the story in this game. But, honestly, if they had never done the first three years of this game and started the whole thing at KotFE, we wouldn't even notice and would love it. That would also have freed-up development to work on other aspects of the game. I like your idea of a real war (bombing) of Ziost. Definitely adding a bit of that feel would help the last two expansions (especially if the game started there). But, overall, I still like what they tried to do. It didn't work perfectly, and that's fine. As long as they admit it. I admire the ambition, but do wonder how the whole thing fell apart immediately after launch. At least two years of proper, class-based expansion should have been budgeted for. I blame the original producer for what we have now.
