instead of boost lvls to 49, why not have small group like lvl 10 -20 and then lvl 21 -30 and so on, because if i am a lvl 16 char and go i to a pvp match where most of the oppersite side is lvl 49 it is a unfair match due to the abilities they have, so if im placed in a pvp match that lvl 10 - 20 with boosted stat to lvl 20 it's more of a fair fight. because in the long run, i have my stat's boosted to lvl 49 but i dont have the skills, if you know what i mean

i have completed all the codex's on hutta, only i haven't been given my Achievement:Title, i was wondering if i have missed something, as a few friends have got it when they completed all the codex's at the same time as me
