No that would be abused in huttball to make caps easier. Would also make killing good healers impossible.

Yeah that OP no cd 75% self heal which we don't have is epic. If only OP's could be somehow be interrupted or stunned then focused down by one or two dps but that will surely never happen .

Any word on if the scamper freeze bug is being fixed in this patch?

This bug can be caused by scampering and being hit by a knock-back, stun or root as soon as the player ends the roll. The only fix at this point is to quit the game entirely and log back in.

This bug is incredibly annoying and game breaking. Please try to squeeze a fix for it in the next patch.
