  1. Just because my issue is fixed doesn't mean i'm going to stop supporting this thread, keep me up to date on your replies and if you need anything i'm here to help in anyway i can.
  2. ===Updated 26/10/2015=== 1. My ticket that was raised on 20/10/2015 has just had a response and its been fixed! Looks like everyone will have to log tickets individually to get this fixed.
  3. Nothing heard from my ticket yet.
  4. I would do that except i bought bits in the store so i would be literally chucking my cash away.
  5. Updated main post The thing is due to the nature of the issue i can't imagine a simple maintenance day fixing it. At a guess they would have to go to us one by one and do a restore of sorts. Of course i know nothing of their internal systems or how they work. Still no excuse for this appalling customer service we are getting.
  6. Nice to know that the customer support team read the tickets... Not. I do this sort of job but for internal IT at least reading the ticket is the basic part of the job, in this EA are utterly failing us as customers. Hell i even worked for EA in the past and had some sympathy for the CS team i don't any more, If i have to pull my internal sources for such a simple answer i will. (If we don't get an answer by Monday i'll get in contact with "someone" and ask them to find out.) What really annoys me is that we have not had any real official acknowledgement since the patch rolled out, come on EA some of us are paying customers this is getting stupid.
  7. Updated the main post. Note: If your lurking on the forums and have this issue please post it here so that the devs know roughly how many users this is effecting. Thanks all.
  8. I'll keep you guys updated in the first post. I feel like they don't care due to not having any official response at all.
  9. Sounds like you got "Display driver crashed and has recovered" error is that correct? If so read below -> Which Nvidia driver are you currently using? Theres currently a known issue with Nvidia drivers causing a TDR crash but it happens with other games too (Mad Max, Witcher 3 etc) http://captaindbg.com/bug-check-0x116-video_tdr_error-troubleshooting-tips/
  10. Did you manage to get the bug check code when it blue screened? should be something like 0x0000016 A simple restart should bring it back into windows. For a newly built computer it sounds quite unstable.
  11. Working fine for me and everyone else i know who has a Nvidia card. Can you post more information. 1. Error messages (or whats happening) 2. Your specs

  13. Add to this guys/girls http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=843336 No fix as of yet and no official response either.
  14. I have a feeling this won't be addressed until sometime next week.
