My wife is having this issue after we played like two days ago. I really don't understand how this hasn't been resolved yet. Her laptop is pretty good, well able to run the game at the highest performance and we're using Steam, so the Bitraider stuff won't help. Edit: It's error code c7 Edit2: Validating did it.

I couldn't agree more to this statement. Not only this, but several cosmetic options locked to NPCs only- I've seen cyborg Zabrak in the stories, why can't players have them?

Aye, but 50-60 characters starts adding up when you only have a months heads up. I do other things than play SW:TOR. Also depends on the class- BHs & Agents are super easy to level with their heroics, Smuggler/Trooper heroics are higher level and you can't just rush into them, for example. Edit: To clarify I never had a 'need' to level them, they were for RP only.

Hurm.. So I've been leveling my butt off for nothing- does that mean technically I can make new characters so they merge into the new server without having to worry about anything? So I'd have 'free' character slots? Either way, thank you for the answers! I found the information a bit confusing. Maybe it's just paranoia.. ^^'

Hey there, I seemed to be unable to find the thread where to ask, so I'm making one- I had contacted customer support about this, but sadly it's a time sensitive issue. What will happen to Below Level 10's after the merge? Will their name be unavailable or will the character be gone? I have been leveling my unleveled characters like CRAZY and it's just exhausting. I still have about 40 characters to go I want to keep that aren't level 10 yet. (Most of them are for roleplay). Anybody seen an answer about this from a Dev? I 'need' a real source, not just a guess. Thanks so much in advance guys. <3

A bit late, but.. Yeah. Solo does indeed work. Very .. bad to do heroic now. There's just no point except for achievements. There's no proper loot, there's no incentive at all.

I think solo mode still drop them, but in my experience in the past a lot of solo mode things bound instantly too.. So no more guild gifting.

Could anybody confirm if solo still gets deco's?

Hey there, I think a lot of people might agree with this already, but since 5.0 there is no more loot (atleast for heroic) Star Fortresses, making them feel extremely unrewarding. I think a 'petition' to bring it back might be right. Anybody has ideas on this? Edit: To clarify.. I did a heroic Star Fortress with my friend, and not a single piece of loot dropped. I understand some of the things, but the decorations were unique to star fortresses. I was confused and thought it was a bug so I contacted customer support. They told me as since of 5.0 the Galactic Command is the way to get any sort of loot, therefor the Star Fortresses no longer drop loot. It's just such an unrewarding process. It makes it feel like it's a part of the game that'll be rarely used now. And I wonder.. does this mean the dark and light datacrons (decorations) no longer randomly drop now? - Ken

Unlike their claims, they don't actually listen to the fans at all.. Or if they do, they don't do anything about it. The Roleplay community has been asking for simple things since the launch of the game, and have gotten nothing.
