So there is this really tricky thing called balance, and in MMO's you need this balance stuff in droves. Giving a class a 50 meter range, while having it maintain immunity to interupts, immunity to charge in a 120 degree arc, and large burst damage would over power the class. Even if snipers could start damaging you but the damage was 50% of max at max range but the time any other class closed to 30 m they would be dead or nearly dead. More range is not needed sorry please go back under the bridge you came from.
