I made a first request January 9th still waiting for a resolution or even an intelligent reply. No such luck tried to update the ticket even that is iffy, sometimes it works most times it doesnt. Famous line ( could not update your ticket please try again later).

Getting the same problem, cant get past the interlude stage.
